The Storehouse for Teachers

March 17, 2011

If teachers were inclined to award gold stars to adults, no doubt the folks at The Storehouse for Teachers would be among the first recipients.

The Storehouse for Teachers is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing classroom supplies to teachers in Pennsylvania. They ultimately hope to serve over 210 schools within a six county area of the state. Their goal is to ensure that children in classrooms across the region have the same access to tools, resources, and materials by maintaining a store where teachers can shop for supplies at no charge.

They’ve partnered with a number of corporate sponsors and will also solicit volunteers to join them.

We were pleased to participate in the initiative by donating workstations for the organization’s office space on Corliss Street in Pittsburgh’s West End.

BBB Awards Anderson Interiors Top Ranking

May 25, 2010

At Anderson Interiors, we take pride in providing quality office furniture and installation services to our customers. We’re pleased to share that our Better Business Bureau rating reflects that.

We’ve been awarded an A+ rating, the most favorable ranking on the BBB’s scale, indicating consistent excellence in customer relations and a demonstrated history of trustworthiness.

The BBB’s rating system incorporates a formula that evaluates an organization in seventeen weighted categories, including length of time in business, competency, complaint resolution, and truth in advertising.  Points are added or deducted for each element and recorded as a percentage of a perfect score.  An A+ is awarded to businesses that have earned at least 97%.

We are a family owned and operated business that strives to offer unequaled customer service, continuing a legacy that has been in place for over 35 years.  Our Better Business Bureau A+ rating reflects and confirms that.
