Okay, so it’s not exactly feature film length. A movie in a minute or less! It’s a busy Twittering world. Who has time for more!
We staged our “Pimp My Cube” Office Makeover Contest in partnership with Pittsburgh’s The CW and we’re pleased to present the video rendition of winner Faye Nickel’s newly designed office. It features a glimpse of some of our skilled and experienced technicians who capably transform work spaces like Faye’s each and every day.
Our thanks to KDKA’s The CW and once again, our congratulations to Faye!

The entries were received, the votes were cast, and Faye Nickel of The Oakmont Yacht Club emerged as the winner of our “Pimp My Cube” office makeover contest. Now, we’re pleased to share pictures that document the transformation from a bit of awful to a whole lot of awesome!
Faye originally assigned the title “Office Mess” to her contest entry and she provided evidence to support that.
Here’s another view:
So, we set out to change that and, well, see for yourself.
Ample storage beneath an expansive work surface now makes it possible to be more organized and productive. It’s a mess no more!
Overhead flipper cabinets also add to storage capacity. The result is a work space that’s current, visibly pleasing, and, perhaps best of all, organized!
We converted this:
The single shelf that was formerly pressed into service in that corner clearly didn’t offer sufficient storage space. The addition of matching overhead cabinetry resolved that problem.
Faye is delighted with the results and we’ve enjoyed working with her and the folks at Oakmont Yacht Club. Our thanks to Faye and to everyone who participated in our “Pimp My Cube!” contest!
Special thanks to Quality Computer Services, Inc. for providing technical assistance and a flat screen monitor, a welcome addition to Faye’s new office!

Once again, congratulations to Faye Nickel of Oakmont Yacht Club, our “Pimp My Cube” office make-over contest winner! Faye’s contest submission, “What a Mess” was the favorite among our voters, entitling her to a completely redesigned office space that’s current, stylish, and functional. The days of “What a Mess” are over for Faye!
Faye indicated that she learned of the contest via an e-mail and presented details to her supervisor on a whim, not expecting him to act on it. But he did and Faye is thrilled with the outcome.
And so are we!
We’re delighted to have the opportunity to provide Faye with an office environment that’s comfortable and has the potential to transform her work experience. We recognize the importance of one’s surroundings and hope that Faye enjoys her new cubicle for many years to come.
Here’s how “What a Mess” looked in the past:
But not for long. Stay tuned for transformation pictures!
Once again, our thanks to the folks at Pittsburgh’s The CW, Quality Computer Services, Inc. and to all who participated in any way toward making our “Pimp My Cube” contest the success that it was!
